Hi,

Last year I bought a Nikon Coolpix 2100 in Japan and since then I have had problems with the rechargeable batteries being drained and empty very quickly, usually they last about 10 to 15 pictures. So lately I decided that I would give it a try with normal i.e. non-rechargeable batteries and the problem still persists, after 10 pictures or so the batteries are empty again!!! I suppose it comes from the camera itself but is there a way to fix this problem?

Has anybody encountered the same type if issue with a Coolpix camera or another? Any ideas?
