Only problems with my D2O

I have a lot of problems with the focusing on the D20. Had it on repair 3 times since I got it in november.
I also had experienced stripes in the shadow area both in RAW & in Jpeg.
Has any one else experienced simular problems?

Canon Sweden, say there is not any problem with my camera. I just wonder if you really should get stripes shooting on 400 ASA. (They agree it has been unsharp, we will see tomorrow when I get it back from the 3rd repair for the same thing). I used to have a D10 wich was fantastic!!!!

I shoot with 17-40/4L
