i9100 canon printer

If you have such a printer can you tell me how to get true black and white images with it. I have tried for over a year and still get a slight redish hue when printing any b&w. I have tried different papers, ink, calibrated my monitor and the like...

please reply if you have success with b&w with this printer. Thanks!
