 Thumbs up Night Time photo

Hello all...

Here is a night time shot of the Fleet Building in Providence, RI. I'm using a Fuji 5100 and I took this photo in the auto mode. Anyone know why I get orange streaking in the photo when I use the moonlight setting?

Thoughts are comments are welcome.
