Hello,

I have an S400 with a pretty fast memory card... It seems like its taking a longer time to take a photo than it used to?

I dont know If i changed any settings that may be slowing this down. Basicly I turnt he camera on and sometimes I have to hold the capture button down for 3-5seconds before it will actualy snap the photo, Any suggestions???

I'm prety sure it hasnt always been this slow.. I got a new battery etc..

Most cameras take a little longer to capture the photo in darker conditions, with a moving subject, things like that, though if the photos you're taking now are under the same conditions as the ones you used to that shouldn't be the issue. Have you formatted your memory card lately? Often that'll help.
