Mini tripod, are there not some cameras out there that help fight against this too?

blurry
to expand on my problem with sometimees blurred pictures..i have a fugi 101 which when i click the picture it goes from green to orange and stays at orange for alot of seconds. at point is the picture taken? if i have to hold it steady during the entire orange light, maybe i need a camera that doesn't take so long to be ready for the next picture. thanks
