Hi, any help would be appreciated

I have a Olympus Digital Camera model no. C-1400L and I have just been to the Olympus website to download the relevant software needed (CAMEDIA Utility software C-3.0) so that I can upload the pictures to my PC. Once they have downloaded I have double clicked the Setup.exe and I get the following message:

"16 bit Windows Subsystem

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application."

My question is will I not be able to get the pics off my camera now without being able to run this software or is there another way of doing it?

I have had this software working on my pc before about a year ago so I know it works, but in between this time I have put windows XP service pack 2 on my machine, could this be the problem?
