well, that is definetely a problem of internet photo sharing, that, unless everyone calibrates their monitors regularly, or has a VERY new monitor, the pictures will look differently...
you could calibrate your monitor (they are a lot of different calibration hardware/software out there) and then it will look right to those with calibrated monitors (the most serious photographers that print their own photos...)...
