Can someone help me please. I have a Fuji finepix f700, and a hama mobiel datasafe CD-RW, have bought a fuji xd to compactflash adapter

The adpater works fine in my multi-media reader on my pc, and also on other standalone multi media readers

Plug it into the hama stand alone cd writer, recognises the card, copies the files to the CD, but cannot view them from the CD, have tried other media - CD burns fine - it is only this combination

CD burner works fine on everything else

Want to take the burner on hols as I'm planning on taking LOTS of photos but don't want to splash out on lots of XD cards.

anyother storage options anyone can suggest, or what might be wrong with the xd adapter
