I have been trying to find an editing program that would let the exif data upload with the picture. Well, I finely found one. It was on my computer all the time. It was my HP Image Zone. It's not the best but it does work to resize and a few other things. I have uploaded a photo in my album now that has the exif data. Thanks for all of you help in understanding about exif data.
