Fish eye in photoshop?

I've been searching for a tutorial on how to do this, but no luck :/

If anyone has a link to one, or might have an idea how to do it feel free to let me know

The only things I can think of might be filter > distort > spherize , you can go concave and convex through this or filter > render > 3d transform and then chose the sphere on the menu. I'm not sure if either will work but it's worth a try. (I would but no photoshop at work )
