optio s4

i just bought an optio s4 camera and i took a couple of pictures with it and i had deleted them but now when i turn the camera on all i am getting is big circles and if my dogs or daughter stands in front of the camera it doesn't show up on the lcd the only thing that i am seeing on the led is circles can someone please help me.
