Photoshop CS
Does Photoshop CS work with Windows ME? I'd hate to invest all that money if it doesn't.

Hi Marion
I'm pretty sure it only works with Windows 2000 and Windows XP so I think you would have to upgrade to one of these first. Might be worth double checking but I think I'm right. Version 7 is very good and should work with ME and you could probably pick it up a lot cheaper too. You could try Ebay. Also once you have a valid licensed copy of version 7 you can upgrade to CS for a fraction of the cost when your system allows it.
Hope this helps
Matt

Thanks Mat. I had a feeling that would be the answer. Good idea to try and find PS7. I'll try that.

I tested it with ME just for the fun of it and it seems to work fine. With this said, I do have to say that it would definately be worth time and money to upgrade to windows XP. ME was the worst version of windows ever released and has serious problems. Any other questions, let me know.

It probably still works on ME but it is not guaranteed. I just had a look at the box at work (we have the creative suite) and it says the system requirements are either Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or Windows XP.
