My first comet... C2002 T7 Linear
This is my very first comet catch...the skies were partly cloudy..bright moon and the comet is in the east which is full of light pollution. Skies were about a 4 out of 10.
Scope: NP101 ..TeleVue 4" refractor
Camera: MX5C
5pics@3min processed in AstroArt3 and PS
I will try again on this object with my 8" and hopefully better seeing.

Right now the comet is at magnitude 7.4...in the east.. in the constellation of Pegasus and about two degrees up from the star Algenib.
The comet is in motion and that is why the stars are streaked.
thanks for looking and commenting
