Black & White with Nikon 4300

Hello:

Is ther a way to simulate the effects of multi colored filters (eg, yellow, red, green) with BW photography using the 4300?? I use a yellow quite a bit with my 35 mm's, and would like to do the same with digital.

Thanks!!

It can be done, I know nothing about it though, so I am not the one to give you the low down on it.

But I have witness numerous other photographers using color filters on there digitals while doing B/W.

I do all of that post-process in Photoshop by using channels and layers to give the effect I'm looking for.
