 Sony always seems to go against the flow

Can anybody tell me why Sony always seems to go against the flow beta tape vs. VHS, Memory Stick vs. Compact Flash etc. I eliminated them from my list of prospects solely because of the memory issue ….I wonder how many more out there are like me

You will be glad to know that the new f828 from Sony actually takes CF cards. This will open up the Sony product line to many consumers that haved shied away from their product line. I good move on Sony's part in my opinion.
