Too few answers?

As I look at the long list of threads, I see that few of the questions ever get answered. Is there no "expert" type moderator who can jump in and help? This is discouraging as I know I'm going to need some answers, but it looks like there are few. Is this normal for this forum?

The strength of this online community lies in the critiques and specifically the critiques in the "Photo Contest" gallery. If you've been uploading images to your own gallery you quite likely are receiving very little input. Pick a couple (two) of your finest images and try uploading them to the aforementioned galley. If you couple that with taking the time study other member's images and provide them with honest, helpful feedback I promise you'll get some return of that investment.
