    Unhappy Realigning the lens

I dropped my DSC-P73 last night on a hardwood floor. Now it won't take pictures anymore. And the lens is stuck and lopsided. I took it to a camera shop and they said I would have to realign the lense. They say this will cost $217.

    Pricey!

Is there any way to fix this myself?

I did a similar thing, mine was on a mini tripod which fell over and push the lense lopsided.

I thought it was goign to cost me a fortune, and i ws looking to buy a new camera anyway. So i took a chance and just pushed the lense back into place.

It is held on with little clip like things around the edge, and it may just pop back in if u give it a firm push.
What matter does it make, you will ahve to pay to get it repaired either way.
    Give it a push

I take no responisibility if it dosnt work
