perfectly safe. Only traditional film (which is light sensitive), is susceptible to 'fogging' from the x-ray equipment, and then only if the same film is passed through the scanner five or six times. Camera memory cards and internal memory is not light-sensitive so is unaffected. The camera uses light to produce the picture, but it's recorded on to the memory in digital format like data on a computer.
