    Arrow Dsc P92

    Cybershot will not come alive - telescoping lens will not retract. Tried new batteries, different memory card. Was reviewing images when it went dead.
    Any ideas? Thank you.

    Are you using the nickel-metal-hydride batteries, or alkaline? According to my P93 instruction book, new, quality alkalines "should" work - but - they list several problems, like yours, that "can" occur with alkalines.
