DSC-W1 problem
I recently bought this camera and I love it, however after bringing it with me on a deployment to Yuma, AZ, it won't take pictures. I can view just fine, but any other mode it will try to extend the lens out, repeat 3-4 times and fail, and give me a message to turn the camera off and then on again. I'm figuring this is a problem due to sand/dust thats around, but does anyone know a good way to fix this without RMAing it (I won't be able to do this until I get back in May and a working camera now would be nice)?

Check your memory stick. can try with another one. If not working then u can try this:
Turn off the camera.
1. Remove the battery from the camera.
2. Remove AC power adapter from the camera.
3. Move the camera power switch to the ON position.
NOTE: Leave the switch in the ON position for at least 15 seconds.Move the camera
power switch to the OFF position.
4. Connect the AC power adapter to the camera.
5. Turn on the camera
