Thought I would share some software that literally saved a huge chunk of my files on my laptop.
One of my folders and all sub folders within it, suddenly disappeared from my laptop hard drive.
Yes I had backups, but not all in one place and not as organized as those folders on my laptop.

Right before this happened, I was in the process of organizing my files so I could also start using "GoodSync" software that a photography friend had recommended i use that you see the ad for on the top right of our website.
I downloaded and tried another software file retrieval product, but to my surprise it did not find one single file or folder

Then I found a recommenced affordable software called Handy Recovery



Surprisingly, it located every file in the exact folder structure I had it organized on my laptop with the exception of 2 jpg files from 2003 that I knew exactly where I had duplicates of those files.
So, I immediately purchased the software for $49. What a life and time saver, a lot faster than going through all my external drives pulling individual folders.
