Need Help!

I tried to submit two entries to the weekly contest. I got a message that this was successful but I can't find them! When I click on My Photos it says 0 have been submitted. Not sure what to do.....

Are you sure your file was the correct size both in length on the long side no longer than 950mpx and file size no larger than 950k ?

I need help. How do I tell if any of my photos that I have uploaded end up in a contest? I am very confused about the contests as to when to enter and how. I thought we could enter 4 a day, that is what I read and then I read only 4 per weekly contest. Which is it? And if I did upload more to a contest what happens to them if you take them out. Does that mean I no longer have any contest entries for that week? You really need a place for all the current rules and regulations to be read by new members and not set up in the forum.

Don't know where you saw 2 a day for the contest, its never been that since Bytephoto has been in existence. Its always been up to 2 per week

That takes you to this link below where it also tells you 2 per week in the contest.
Once you go to the link below, look for your picture, and if you submitted it, it will be there.

I meant to say 4 per day which I assume is for the gallery, but I thought I was uploading for the contest. I tried to correct the number several times, but it wouldn't change. When I upload to the gallery, am I uploading to the contest also? I have uploaded several photos that I thought were being entered into a contest, but they are in the gallery and not in any contest. Why is that?

Well I just entered the same photos again and now how do you delete photos uploaded? Gosh this site is confusing.

I finally figured out how to get in the contest. Boy am I a dummy. But I still haven't figured out how to delete the extra photos I have in the gallery.

Delete has been turned off for members for now.
We started noticing some members were deleting photos that were in the finals, or have won. If photos in the finals are deleted, then it effects the voting in the forum post.
Until we can figure out how to only stop members from deleting photos that are in the finals, we had to turn it off for everyone.

I already deleted some of the duplicates in your members gallery and chose the ones that did not have comments if one of the duplicates already had comments.

For now, if you need to delete a photo, just send me a private message and I can help you out.
