This list was originally posted on the retouching forum at DPR....I haven't checked the links lately, but most are probably still good.

If someone is serious about learning Photoshop....the tutorials are available and most are free and very easy to follow.....the only investment is time.

I didn't check out the links yet, but I say video tutorials are always the way to go! who needs boring books, it's better to learn it visually and then practice it at the same time. It sticks better! Thanks for the links guys.
