    here is quick action that I just made to do the bevel outline

    you may wish just to look at what the action does and then do your own ... to the exact scale you prefer

    dont know about making one but you can use this to create the frames from ur links easily using photoshop.

    get the original set of actions from this link.

    amount of white space and frame thickness can be defined.
