    You can save them anywhere you want. I make specific folders for things that I download like plug-ins, programs, etc.... The only thing that is important is that you remember where you saved them.

    How do you use them? I have PS7... I don't know how to activate them.

    Open the "History" Palette (Window>History)

    Click on the "Actions" tab in that palette.
    You should now see on the far right side of the palette opposite the History and Actions tabs an arrow inside a circle. Left click on that icon.

    This will bring up a menu. Choose "Load Actions" which will bring up a new window. Find the folder where you saved the actions and click the action you want to load, then click Load.

    The action will now show up in your Actions palette and will be available to run.
