Generic Model Release Form
Anyone know of such a thing? I've been looking for something I can print and carry with me. I have a form from one of the stock sites I use. Is it possible or legal just to re-word it and use it generically? Ideas? Thoughts? Advise? HELP??!! I have a model shoot coming up and would like to be prepared.
Thanks and Cheers as always,
Mike

Mike, there are all different versions of a model release form, it seems every person writes it up differently as does some of the companies that ask for them before accepting photos.
I did a Google search on model release photography and here is one I came up with http://www.professionalphotographer.co.uk/Magazine/Downloads/Model-Release-FormPbase.com/ReflectionsbyRuth
