using gallery photos on other sites

hi there. another question...presuming you let folk display their images elsewhere by linking to the directory here...i am wondering how i determine the name of the directory my photos would occupy. i fear this is a silly obvious question, but do pardon my ignorance of things. i also hope this makes sense. i might not be using the proper terminology. help is much appreciated. thank you!

To link to your whole gallery just copy the url from the address bar on your browser when you are in your gallery
If you what just the exact address to one image open the intermediate size and right click on it ’‚’‚…‚’‚‚¦ this will display the true url .. depending on the site your visiting you may need to strip the dynamic tags from the end .. bytephoto.com/photopost/500/myimage.jpg?75646 ’‚’‚…‚’‚‚¦ you need to remove everything after the .jpg in this case ?75646

i'm really new at this, and i'm sorry, but what do you mean by the intermediate size? i tried the thumbnail size, and the other two larger sizes, but right clicking only showed the usual option box to open the link, but i havn't been able to find the url.

I'm new to this site too, just posted two pics. The site looks like a great resource.

With regard to the question in this thread, I'm using a Mac with Safari as my browser. How do I find the exact URL for each picture?

    Many thanks (from Sussex, UK)
