© symbol keyboard shortcut

I was looking for an easy way to add the © symbol to select photos and found this on line. With Windows press Alt0169 simultaneously. I use it with my text tool in PS Elements 7. Be sure to use the number pad for the 0169 instead of the top row of the keyboard.

thanks for posting this Gary. I've known about this for over 20 years since I had to use it for pharmaceutical articles I was typing years ago.
But I know many members might not know this little tip to add the © to their signature on their online photos :wink:

It also depends on the font you are using at the time, as to how the © comes up ©© © © © ©
Sometimes it does not work if you are using certain fancy script type fonts. I don't have any of the fancy fonts loaded on Bytephoto, so can't show how they would come out.
You just have to test to see which copyright looks best
