Prayers and Thoughts for Kevin (ISpy)

Our good friend and long time Byte member needs our prayers.
Kevin has told us about his year long battle of medical issues that up until now, no doctor has been able to determine what the cause of the symptoms he has had.
He has been losing his voice to the point he had to stop teaching his photography workshops. Lately he said he has been having dizzy spells.

The doctors have finally realized this is a very serious issue and have placed him on the emergency list of having numerous tests and MRI's.
His first MRI was a couple days ago. His second MRI is scheduled today at 2pm Pacific Time along with numerous blood tests.

Please keep Kevin and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this trying time in their lives.

Thanks Ruth for running this thread and thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

I've been loosing my voice for about a year or so now and at most times feeling liked I'm being choked. For about as long, I've also been having balance issues but not feeling dizzy for most of this time. It's now been just over 2 weeks and I now feel dizzy constantly with ringing in my head. Spelling has gone down hill for me, words are coming out spoken wrong. Neurological issues are also surfacing which is scaring my whole family.

Doctor ordered CT Scan of my head which showed no signs of tumours and then had an MRI which also showed no signs of tumours AND also cleared of MS. He then ordered an ultra sound of my Thyroid and that too showed it is also healthy. An urgent request was then ordered to the Nose/Ear/Throat specialist which is next month. Several blood tests have also proven I'm as healthy as an athlete and so far no simple reason for why I'm feeling these things.

As the symptoms have been getting worse, I've had to stop my photography workshops and have taken on less work. It has taken a huge toll on my family and we just want answers that make sense.

Your health means everything and when its threatened you appreciate it even more. I hope they find answers for you and soon, my friend. Sounds to me like you're being slowly poisoned, like lead or carbon monoxide or something. How's the ground water in your neighborhood? Anyway, I hope things turn around for you and soon.
