    New Photography

Hello, I am 27 year old. My pro-career is being an architect, but im also in the Army national guard, Infantry unit. After so many lucky years of staying alive in Iraq and Afghanistan, I decided to take up a hobby along with my wife of photography. We just recently purchased a Nikon-D70 and are trying out the world of photography, Please give me the most honest advice of our photographs since we want to get better at it as we go. Thanks, Juan

P.S. Any Rhode Islanders out there?

welcome to Byte, I'm sure you will love the D70 It was my very first SLR. I still have it but am using my newer D300.

I know there are a few that live up your way, but don't know who might live in Rhode Island.
I'm from Eastern PA along the Delaware River border between PA and NJ

Looking forward to seeing your pictures.
    Hope your wife joins too,

The best thing to do is to upload 2 photos into the weekly contest.
