Photo taken in disused railway tunnel...
Hi folks!
A while back I happened upon a long-derelict railway tunnel, which me and a few friends ventured into. We came across some ventilation shafts, dropping a column of natural light into the darkness.
This gave me the idea for a nice band shot down there (we kinda dig the whole derelict/decay vibe : P ). I returned a few weeks later with all my kit. The final image has had a fair old bit of post work done to it but personally I love the result. It was horrible down there, constant drips from the ceiling soaking everything after a short while. I'm in the band myself and didn't have anyone else at hand so these were all triggered via remote. The only light in this image is the vent shaft and torchlight lighting the background.
Let me know what you think - here's the final image:

I love it! The lighting is extroidinary. Did you add vignetting or was that natural? The perspective and debris are marvellous. This would make an awesome album cover! Congrats. --Rick

Thanks for your comments. The vignetting at the bottom of the image was P-shopped in a little bit. The top half of the image is pretty much straight out the camera though. The guy in the centre is holding a torch pointing straight backwards.

What a striking shot - the old tunnel looks so perfectly decayed that it almost looks fake.

Details
You know when you are becoming a serious photographer when you brave the elements to get a shot.
I concur with all the positive comments made here. Personally I would like to see more detail in the background, ie. see more of the decay.
Great album cover."Practice Random Kindness and Senseless Acts of Beauty"

Thanks for your comments nanbil!
I'll see what I can do to increase the decay element of the shot should I return / do some re-processing!
