Still not able to vote

I am thinking of giving up on this now. I have made around 26 posts now ( you require 15 to be able to vote) and still I cannot vote. Yesterday I was able to post a thread with a url link in it..today I cant and I again get the message that I need 15 posts first. Like I said..I already have 26 posts and about 100 comments posted in the photo contest forum. I dont know why I am not allowed to vote or post links in my threads in the photographers lounge. I can post links in my photo contest comments.
This is all becoming extremely frustrating.

Hi Howard

thought i’‚’‚…‚’‚…¾‚d go through it step by step myself to see if there is something you could be doing wrong but its all pretty straightforward.

when you clicked the link underneath the invite to vote did the screen change showing all six images left justified with a click spot against each image (right up against left margin)?
clicked vote and the new screen showed the images now centralised, one beneath the other with the total number of votes to the right.

Also, underneath images is a msg from Pau, admin: "Photo Contest Voting Week 46 - 2008 Requires a minimum of 15 photo comments or forum messages to vote."

then closed the page and returned to contest page. this time when i clicked the link i got the same page as previously but this time a msg at top saying: Photo of the Week - Voting
You have already voted on this poll.

is any of the above process working for you or are you stumped at the outset?

where did you make 26 posts?
It might make a difference if those are in the forums or within the contest.

If you look at your profile, it says only 11 posts.

I admit I'm just as confused as you are. I remember seeing you at 18 posts earlier in the week, but now you have 11.

Paul - is there an answer for this?
