Winner of the weekly edit challange

I really want to that everyone that joined in on the edit challange this week, I think we set a new record on the amount of members that played along this week.

Everybodies edit was a huge improvement to my "busy little shot" But I guess there can only be one winner......The way that I am chosing a winner is the one that I would most likely hang on my wall

The winner is............................Sam!!

I really like how he overcame the distraction, and turned the shot into artwork!

Congrats Sam.....and now it's your turn to post a shot that we can all play with!

Oh my! Thanks Joe! This was a fun project, and I appreciate the chance to do a little creative editiing. Rather than take up alot of space trying to explain how the edit was done, see the link below to learn the technique:

I went through most of the steps, but I used a layer mask to selectivly color the boats, and cloned out the light poles. I had read this technique in a photoshop mag long ago, but forgot and had to do a search! I'll post my photo to be edited.

BTW, I love this addition to the community. I think it really adds a sense of camaraderie and fun!
