how do you guys get your ideas?

i mean i was looking through the galleries and i'm was just thinking...*wow*

i always seems to have trouble taking pictures especially if given a theme. i mean, this year's reflection contest at my school is "i'll really happen when..." and there is a photography catagory, and i've been interested in entering...but i just have nothing in my mind that would illustrate the theme...i mean like...i just see nothing at all.

so i was hoping that i could get some pointers from you guys that could help me with this.

I get alot of ideas from other photos I see. Some really inspire me. There is nothing wrong with copying an idea... especially if its a good one.

Plus, I take my camera everywhere and shoot TONS of photo's. I am surprised to see how many random shots turn out to be keepers and the ones I try to make look good don't turn out at all.
