Paul - you are not alone. I support software and can be heard on a daily basis blaspheming computers. My own computer at the office this afternoon was awaiting my permission to let me in from home. (I was at home which is why I was connecting to it.) Yelling at it to give it my permission to connect had absolutely no effect whatsoever - apart from earning me strange looks from my daughter and the dog! So blast away and get it off your chest. You'll feel much better. Of course that's if you have an internet connection with which to read this reply!
