pm's not coming through, nor being sent

I can not send a pm.... keeps saying "you can only send 1 pm every 45 seconds" Well..... I've waited hours and still can't send it... anyone else having this problem???

Nope, still doesn't work.... but now the message says 60 seconds rather than 45....

I'm trying to reply to Matt.... can you ask him to email me?

There is something odd with the server time today

’‚’‚…‚’‚‚¦. I noticed tonight that on another site we run on this same server .. that my post time was ahead the real time ’‚’‚…‚’‚‚¦ I have tech support ticket in got it .. no clue if that’‚’‚…‚’‚…¾‚s what is going on with the PM’‚’‚…‚’‚…¾‚s ’‚’‚…‚’‚‚¦

but I’‚’‚…‚’‚…¾‚m curious what’‚’‚…‚’‚…¾‚s the ’‚’‚…‚’‚¹¦‚“time stamp’‚’‚…‚’‚…¾‚ on the last PM you sent ’‚’‚…‚’‚‚¦ in your folder sent items

That's really wierd.... it says 9:02 pm, November 3rd, to Ruth. I sent that earlier today. It's the last I've been able to send.
I got a pm from Matt asking me if I received an earler one he sent. I tried to tell him no, I never received it, and that's when the problem surfaced. Can you send him a pm or an email, and let him know that I can't respond to him? He can email me.... that way I could respond.....

Obviously the time stamp is waaaay off.
