EdMac i'd like that as well I just need to be certain that the properties for the album can not be set to private by the user when they create it

Whatever you decide will be fine by me. It would be nice, but I wouldn't want something that would degrade the site. If you can provide the capability, it will be appreciated.

A couple of things come to mind on improving the site:

1: Be able to search by photo title and not just by what is in the keyword category. I saw a photo go by as I was clicking somewhere else and just remembered part of the name, but when I did a search for that word nothing came up - have no idea how to find that photo now.

(AH HA! figured out how....two different search places!)

2: on critiques: Some folks may want criticism others may just want to be sharing so that needs to be addressed when folks are posting images.

3: I didn't even realize the forums were here until today! I really did think this was just a gallery site with spaces for comments. Duh me!

As a "newbie" to the site and digital in general, I don't have the knowledge to judge a photo on it's "technical" points. But I'm more than happy to judge a photo on it's "looks", if that is the correct word to use.
