Opening night was June 30th from 5-7.

I'm excited about it especially since 95% of the artists were painters of many mediums. So I was one of the few photographers.

I found out about this event from an Artist group I joined in Yardley, PA a few months ago.

This event was held for the first time last year. It was such a big success they decided to hold another one.

What happens is an artist can submit up to 2 pieces of their work.
No signatures on the front to show your identity.
Your work is on display from June 30th until August 31st.

No one knows who the artists are. So when your work is purchased, it strickly because the person likes your work, not because the think you are a well known artist, or a not so well known in my case
Once your work is purchased, then the gallery reveals the artists name under the artwork for all to see.

I've been sick with a really bad cold that knocked me out from Thursday night until Sunday. So actually when I went to the opening Friday night, I was still feeling quite ill but since it was only 4 miles from my house I just couldnt miss the opening and went for a half hour then went straight home and back to bed the rest of the weekend.
So thats why I didnt get to participate as much this week as I would have liked to. I had a couple small bursts of energy for 5 minutes here and there throughout the weekend, but moslty I was just ZZZZzzzzZZZzzz
Hope to have time after the family picnic on Tuesday to participate more.

Buddy and Tony, hope both of you werent affected in any way with the major flooding we had last week.. stay dry, more rain is coming, but luckily not like last week.
