Hi Guys, let me introduce myself

I discovered this site a few days ago and liked what I saw.

I have been exclusively digital for the past 5 years after extensive experience with film SLRs. Mu first two digital cameras were Sony S70 and Sony F717. The latest aquisition is a Canon 5D, which I'm still learning how to use.

I haven't quite worked out how to contribute to the community, but I'm sure this will come in time. For starters I put a couple of pics in the contest. Looking through some of the work in the galleries I must say there's a lot here to enjoy.

I hope I'll get some response here, as I'd really like to get to know you all.

To contribute I would suggest submitting images each week and commenting on other works. AND, don't take offense at honest critiques and ignore the others.

Your gallery shows that you can sure take a nice picture so keep shooting and keep submitting.

Hi Frank, thanks for your response. I certainly intend to contribute as much as I can. I have commented on quite a few pictures, but don't know how to find the comments/responses. No doubt I'll figure it out soon.
