How's my pics?

I'd appreciate any feedback on the pics in my gallery .

I usually reserve the monochrome treatment to those images that benefit from it (ie look better than colour for that particular scene), but don't use it habitually. Your pics here would have more impact if the contrast was greater and the sharpness improved -- both of which could be achieved in a photo-editing program. Where there are no vivid colours to catch your eye, it's even more important to use contrast and sharpness to best effect to make an impact.

I've based my comments on seeing your gallery pics, which may not do full justice to your original photographs of course.

Just keep any eye on the contrast and sharpness.

Like Pip said, they lack sharpness, and contrast. All the images seem to be staged or posed for you. Somtimes its better to get a candid of a child before they know your taking the pic. The expression on a childs face or anyone's face can add to a photo that my be a little out of focus or less contrasty. Just somthing to give the image that extra umph.
