Shutter speed for basketball
Hi I recently purchased the fuji s5200. I am going to go to the bulls game this week (ok I know they are not doing so well) and take some action shots. Well I don't want to have the wrong shutter speed on when Kirk Hinrich, lets say shoots a three, to make the win in double overtime. What iso and shutter speed should I have set at for these shots? thanks!

Light varies greatly from arena to arena. My rule of thumb that I use for basketball is 1/500 at a minimum. Push the iso as high as you can to get at least that shutter speed.
