commercial photography question
I'm a Canadian photographer and last night I just had my first meeting with a prospective client who wishes to hire me to do some photography of his industrial equipment for him. I've done a bit of research on the pricing aspect of commercial photography, and have a rough idea of what I would charge for my work. At first he wants images for a brochure and then some for a website he is developing.
My question is how to price my work/time if he chooses to use my images beyond the initial brochure and website? What if he decides 2 months from now that one of the images I shot would be great for a poster, or a flyer etc.?
Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. I have to have a quote ready for him within a couple of days.Last edited by RTaylor; Nov 18th, 2010 at 09:49 PM.
