Looking for specific Nat Geo photo

Awhile back (a few years ago), an article on the Trans-Siberian railroad ran in Nat Geo. There was one photo in the article that I was interested in finding.

I can't remember the photographer, but the image is of a drunken father passed out on a bed in the background. His two little kids are sitting on a bed in the foreground. Their clothes are dirty and they look very unkept.

I've looked at the photo galleries on Nat Geo's homepage but had no luck. I also contacted the sales department at NG, but they quoted me around $400 dollars for the image. At that price, I declined the offer of the sales rep to look for the photo. I didn't want her to do the legwork for a photo that I didn't have the money to buy.

I'm not looking to get a cheaper copy. I just want to see the photo again. Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Brian

do you think you know the person in the photo?

Try going to a local library that has a NG subscription.
I would bet they have archived magazines you can look at
