dugster thank you for your positive feedback it is participation here in the forums that in the end will help make bytephoto a success
Myself and RVB are the co-owners of BytePhoto but the lions share of the credit for the site goes to RVB with out him there would be no BytePhoto
FYI if you noticed occasional outages our server is being upgraded to better serve the membersLast edited by RTaylor; Aug 27th, 2010 at 01:48 PM.

Joe you raise a valid question that I'm sure many members have asked themselves
These are my intentions the free 25Meg gallery will remain in place and if the day ever does come that it becomes economically necessary that we need to rescind this offer.. Current participating members with valid active galleries will Not Be Charged Ever they will be allowed to keep what ever status they have whether its a 25, 50 or 100 Meg Gallery
At some point It will become necessary to remove the free upgrade program it is designed to reward those that help build this young site** into a community see upgrade offer http://www.bytephoto.com/forums/show...s=&threadid=78 those that have already earned these larger accounts will be able to keep them at no cost
We will also be making premium galleries available to those who prefer their own personalized gallery space. These will be very reasonably priced you may preview here http://www.bytephoto.com/forums/show...=&threadid=240
here is what members can do to help- participate in the forums as well as the gallery only with member participation will BytePhoto become a true online community
- add www.bytephoto.com to your signature on other boards you frequent .
- add a text link or banner to your personal web site if you have one.view how here http://www.bytephoto.com/forums/show...=&threadid=149
- if you are happy with this site enthusiastically let others in the online digital photo community know about us
- if you are considering making any online purchase please take the time to click thru from this site to Amazon at least to price your item a better deal on Amazon and you do buy the item on the same visit we do get a small % .. And it does not affect what you pay for the item or the service you receive from Amazon They simply pay us a referral fee we collect zero $ for the ads themselves.. Only if a visitor actual buys do we get paid
- promoting and participating are the two most important things that you can do to help www.bytephoto.com grow and succeed
**bytephoto.com officially opened for members on July 1st 2003
Thank You again for being here at BytePhoto

A suggestion, some programming should be done on "My Gallery", you can't separate pics by galleries.

Let me add my gratitude and amazement for the forum and opportunity here. The ability to interact with other photo enthusiasts and share pics and ideas for improving our art is truly priceless to me.
Thanks for making this place a reality.

This is a great site.
I am very hapy and pleased with this site. Extremely user friendly and the wbemaster/owners are very responsive. 25 MB free is a great ofer. Premium galleries look great and depending on price I might consider too upgrate.
Gratitude is all I have for Plarson and RVB for this idea!!!The pure and simple truth is rarely pure and seldom simple
