Help!
Hi, I am looking to buy a new camera.
I'de mostly be using this camera to take pictures of skiiers in motion. I would like a camera that takes sequence photos. If this is the incorrect terminology, I'm talking about a camera taking a number of photos very quickly and putting them all into a collage.
I'd also be using the camera for portraits and vacations.
But most importantly I need a good camera that will take good pictures of things in motion.
I'd like a camera that you do not need to hold down the shoot button.
The camera I was looking at was the Minolta DIMAGE A2. Is this a good camera?
Any other recommendations?
Any comments are appreciated. Thank you.

I am not a Minolta user so I cannot tell you if that is a good choice for your intended use or not. I can tell you the fastest camera on the market for sports action is the Canon 1d Mark II rated at 40 frames per second. It is a heavy camera (about 5 lbs) constructed for daily use in the field.
