    Exposure vs White Balance?

    Hey guys,

Do these two terms mean the same thing, or are they completely different? I know exposure has to do with how long the film is exposed to the light, which in turn depends on the shutter speed and f-stop. However, I am not quite sure what "white balance" means.

Can someone please explain the difference?

    Thanks,

    Chris.

    Hi Chris

White balance is all about colour temperature and is different to exposure. Heres a link that would probably explain it much better than I ever could.

    Hope this helps
