I'm brand new to the list.

My wife has the HP 7760 Photo Printer and is having a problem with it.

Some of the photos are coming out mostly green with some blue. We thought it was the cartridge (first one since new), so we replaced it. However the same problem persists. It seems that if she prints a page of wallet size photos, they come out fine. If she prints a larger size, 5x7, 3x5, they come out terrible.

She went through the trouble shooting to no avail. We also deleted and re-installed to no avail.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
