    Help

I'm quite confuse with your question. You want to resize the filesize or the size of the picture (length x width). Basically the smaller the picture size the smaller the file size (bytes). Filesize also directly proportional to the quality of the Jpeg picture. The more details the picture has the higher the file size (bytes). Hope this help.

Look for the Transform button. Inside it, you should find options that include the following, Crop, Rotate, Flip, Straighten and Resize. It should be the resize feature you are looking for.

Do you know the image format of your file? The most common is jpeg and if your image name is my-image then the file will be my-image.jpg.

I don't use the Roxio software but I can recommend a freeware image editor, Irfanview which is excellent for converting images from one format to another. If you have a jpeg image file, it is then a question of getting the best compromise between size and image quality by selecting the jpeg quality; try 80% and work downwards till you get the size you are happy with.

I don't have Roxio but I have an alternative suggestion. Once you're done with editing your photo in Roxio you can open it in micrsoft photo editor then click file and save as. Then on the list file type you click more. In that option you will see the Jpeg quality meter. To decrease the file size you need to lower down the quality factor. That will save you file size.

Yes, just right click the file and select open with. You will see the microsoft photo editor in the dropdown menu.

Bit of a late reply, but look up one of these:
    Irfanview
    xnview
    Faststone (now my preference)

All offer excellent viewing resizing and basic image editing.
