How?

I uploaded two photos, marked as contest entries, but they ended up in the critique section from which I've had no responses. I am a bit frustrated with navigating Byte Photo which is why I come and then back off for a while. I need help. Thanks,

Hi Sharon,
I saw that you uploaded 2 photos to different categories but not to the contest. I figured you meant them to be in the contest, so I moved them over for you.

when you upload a picture, there is a pull down menu on the top right that gives you the option to keep it in your member gallery, or place it in "Photo contest"

as a side note, I turned off the option for members to upload to multiple categories with one photo. It's throwing off some things for us when trying to quickly code the finalists for voting. So for now I turned it off.

So, any mention of multiple categories in the thread I showed you, please disregard.

I also entered 2 photos into the weekly contest (so I thought), but did not download into the contest section. I know they downloaded into a gallery, since I did see them, but they are not in the contest which is where I actually tried to download them. I'm a bit confused on how to navigate around this site. Please help... You could tell I'm new at this...

I'll move them for you Ivette.
Each time you upload a photo, look at the pull down menu that I think is on the right side. Select [ Contest Current Week Entries ]

Ruth, Ditto for me. I searched for a while for the contest entry and wound up in the critique. My only other option in the pull down menu was member album (or something like that)

I close the contest for entries on Friday night.

Weekly Contest begins Monday 12:01 AM and ends Sunday 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time
Entries need to be submitted by Thursday.
On Friday, the entry option will be closed for submission to the contest.
The Contest submission will reopen late Sunday night after the previous weeks contest submissions are moved to the contest archives.

I uploaded 2 photos for the contest. One of them ended up on the Kodak website and the other one changed from a bird inflight to a naked man. Please help!
